THIS BID PACKAGE INCLUDES THE RENOVATION OF FIVE EXISTING BUILDINGS, THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE NEW BUILDINGS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO NEW SHELTERS THAT HOUSE RESTROOM FACILITIES.
A SATISFACTORY BID BOND EXECUTED BY THE BIDDER OR CERTIFIED BANK CASHIER’S CHECK IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE BID SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH EACH BID PROPOSAL. NO OTHER FORMS OF SECURITY WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A BID BOND OR CERTIFIED BANK CASHIER’S CHECK WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE BID. The McCracken County Fiscal Court is seeking sealed bids from a qualified vendor for the removal and replacement of the kitchen tile located in the McCracken County Jail. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the McCracken County Jail on August 17, 2023 at 10 am. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. central standard time August 24, 2023 at the office of Judge Executive Craig Z. Clymer, McCracken County Court House and will be opened and read aloud immediately following in Meeting Room A.
